Unwind and find your inner peace with a hour of slow flow yoga with Mind Body RDN and Yoga Teacher, Becky Wojcik.  Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is suitable for all levels and bodies.  She will guide you through a short breathing practice, stretches, and an all levels slow flow practice with modifications.  Please have a yoga mat or soft carpeted space to practice on for this virtual event.  Yogurt coupons are provided for after yoga enjoyment!
